Shipping Costs & Charges

Shipping costs are additional to product prices and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size/weight of your order. These charges are passed on to the client and are not covered by Kempa Home.

• We do not offer standard free shipping. If any free shipping promotions apply, they will be through a special promo code and will be subject to limited conditions.
• Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.
• Special delivery requirements (e.g., liftgate services, inside delivery, appointment-based delivery) may incur additional charges at the customer’s expense.

Processing & Shipping Timelines

We strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Please note the following estimated timelines:

Mattresses

• Orders take 1-3 business days to process before moving into the shipping phase.
• Once prepared, mattresses typically ship within 5 business days from the order date, but this is not guaranteed.

Other Products (Linens, Terry, Bathrobes, etc.)

• In-stock items will ship within 5 business days of placing the order.

Pre-Orders & Back-Ordered Items

• If an item is on pre-order or back-ordered, you will be notified of estimated shipping timeframes.
• Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an update on shipment preparation and tracking details.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery & Receipt of Orders

• Customers must be available to receive their shipments at the designated shipping address.
• Missed deliveries or inaccessible locations may incur additional redelivery fees.
• If your address has special delivery conditions, please notify us prior to shipping, as extra fees may apply for liftgate services, inside delivery, or other special accommodations.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage all customers to inspect their shipments upon arrival to confirm the items match the packing list and that there are no visible damages. Signing the delivery receipt confirms acceptance of the items as received.

• If there are any visible damages, please note them immediately on the delivery receipt and contact us at support@kempahome.com within 4 days of receiving your order.
• Failure to report damages within this timeframe may impact your ability to file a claim.

Shipping Carriers & Responsibilities

Kempa Home partners with third-party carriers for shipping. While we work with trusted partners, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused by these carriers.

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged in transit, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, Kempa Home is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they leave our facility.

Orders & Cancellations

In-stock items ship within 1-5 business days, depending on product availability.
Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled within 24 hours.
If you need to request a cancellation within this period, please email support@kempahome.com.

Cancellation Requests Must Include:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Item(s) to be canceled

Orders are only considered canceled when you receive written confirmation from Kempa Home.

Shipping Restrictions

Kempa Home currently ships only within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Locations outside North America

If you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions.

Important Terms & Legal Protections

Additional Fees & Adjustments

• All shipments may be subject to additional fees or carrier-imposed surcharges during or after shipment. These will be charged to the customer if required.
• If a shipment is returned to Kempa Home due to an incorrect shipping address, missed delivery, or failure to pick up, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Force Majeure

Kempa Home is not responsible for shipping delays due to uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Supply chain issues
• Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

Indemnification Clause

By placing an order with Kempa Home, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kempa Home, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses related to the delivery, shipping process, or actions of third-party carriers.

Liability for Third-Party Carriers

Kempa Home is not liable for damage, theft, or lost packages caused by third-party shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This shipping policy is governed by the laws of the United States and subject to arbitration for any disputes.
