To maintain the highest standards, we have designed a clear and simple refund policy.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and stand by every product we offer. Because we design and produce items that prioritize comfort and hygiene, we do not accept returns. Instead, we are here to guide you before you purchase, ensuring you have all the information needed to make the best decision.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any item returned without prior approval from Kempa Home will not be processed and may be disposed of at the sender’s expense.
Refunds – When We Make It Right
While we do not accept returns, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. We issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- Warranty-Approved Claims – If your product has a defect covered under our 10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, we will work with you to find a resolution, including a replacement or refund. Claims must be initiated within the warranty period and include photo documentation of the issue.
- Incorrect Items Shipped – If we made an error in your order, we will correct it at no cost to you. Claims for incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply where necessary.
100-Night Mattress Trial – Sleep Risk-Free
We want you to love your Kempa Prestige Signature Mattress. That’s why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial to ensure it’s the right fit for you.
Sleep on it for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.
If you’re not completely satisfied after the adjustment period, contact us to initiate a return.
We’ll arrange for pick-up and process a full refund of the product cost once the mattress is collected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers must be available for a scheduled pickup within a reasonable timeframe. If a pickup is missed or delayed due to customer unavailability, additional fees may apply.
Hygiene Products – Your Safety Comes First
For the health and well-being of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Linens
Terry products (towels, bathrobes, etc.)
Mattresses
These are personal-use items, and we uphold strict quality and hygiene standards to ensure every order meets our highest level of cleanliness and care. All purchases of these items are final.
Exchanges – Simplified Solutions
Kempa Home does not offer direct product exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will work to resolve the issue through an approved claim process.
We Protect Our Customers & Business
To ensure fairness and protect our brand integrity, Kempa Home reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
Multiple refund requests from the same customer.
Attempts to return used or damaged products under false claims.
Chargeback fraud or any misuse of refund policies.
We are here to assist genuine customers with real concerns and provide a trustworthy shopping experience.
Gift Returns & Third-Party Purchases
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds or credits for gifted items.
This refund and return policy applies only to purchases made directly through Kempa Home. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please refer to their return policy for assistance.
Simple, Fair, and Secure Shopping
By purchasing from Kempa Home, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed-upon location in the United States and be governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Each party will be responsible for its own legal fees, and arbitration costs shall be shared equally.
Limitation of Liability: Kempa Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Force Majeure Clause: Kempa Home is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or global events.
Indemnification Clause: Customers agree to indemnify Kempa Home against claims, damages, and legal fees related to the misuse of our products or violations of these policies.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as part of a class-action lawsuit.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law: These terms are governed by U.S. law, with disputes handled through arbitration as outlined above.
How to Request a Refund (For Eligible Claims Only)
