At Kempa Home, we believe in exceptional sleep and the confidence that comes with making the right purchase. Your mattress is an investment in your well-being, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your choice.
That’s why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on our Prestige Signature Mattress—allowing you to experience our superior comfort and craftsmanship firsthand. Unlike other companies, we don’t just sell mattresses—we create a sleep experience designed for luxury, support, and lasting durability.
We’re confident you’ll love it, but if for any reason you don’t, we’ll work with you to make it right.
How It Works
Purchase Your Mattress – Order your Kempa Prestige Signature Mattress directly from our website, and we’ll ship it anywhere in the continental U.S. (Shipping charges apply; Alaska and Hawaii are excluded).
Sleep on It – We require that you try your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust.
Love It or Return It – If you’re not fully satisfied after 30 nights and before 100 nights, you may initiate a return request.
Free Pickup & Refund – We will arrange a free pick-up, and once collected and inspected, you’ll receive a full refund of the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable). Additional fees may apply to returns and refunds based on the condition of the mattress and other factors.
Eligibility & Return Conditions
To maintain the integrity of our trial program and prevent misuse, the following conditions apply:
Applies Only to First-Time Purchases – The 100-night trial is limited to one return per household and only applies to first-time purchases of the Kempa Prestige Signature Mattress.
Proof of Purchase Required – Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser, and a valid proof of purchase is required.
Condition of Return – The mattress must be in good condition, free of stains, odors, damage, or misuse. Mattresses with excessive wear, unsanitary conditions, or structural damage will not be eligible for return.
Returns Must Be Coordinated Through Kempa Home – Unauthorized returns or returns outside of our process will not be accepted.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Clause – Customers suspected of abusing the policy, engaging in serial returns, or submitting fraudulent claims may be denied refunds and may be restricted from future purchases.
Final Approval at Kempa Home’s Discretion – Kempa Home reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions or if abuse of the policy is suspected.
Additional Fees May Apply – If a returned mattress does not meet hygiene or condition requirements, or if additional handling is required, fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exclusion for Hospitality & Bulk Orders – The 100-night trial does not apply to hospitality, wholesale, or bulk orders. If a mattress sample or test product was previously ordered, the 100-night trial is not applicable to the full bulk order.
Returns for Defects Follow Warranty Process – Returns under the 100-Night Trial are for comfort reasons only. Any claims for defects or structural issues must be processed under our standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return – Contact our customer support team at support@kempahome.com with your order details.
Step 2: Schedule a Pick-Up – Once approved, we’ll work with you to schedule a pick-up within a reasonable timeframe. The customer must be present at the time of pick-up to facilitate the return.
Step 3: Prepare the Mattress for Pick-Up – Customers must remove all bedding and ensure the mattress is ready for transport. Failure to do so may result in additional handling fees or a declined return request.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund – Once collected and inspected for compliance with our return policy, we’ll process your refund of the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable). Additional fees may be deducted from the refund if necessary.
Important: Refunds will only be issued after the mattress is successfully picked up and inspected.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I have to wait 30 nights before returning?
It takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. We ask that you try it for at least 30 nights before making a decision.
What if my mattress is damaged or defective?
If your mattress arrives with a defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement under our warranty policy.
Are shipping fees refunded?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable. The trial only covers the cost of the mattress.
What happens to returned mattresses?
Returned mattresses are never resold. We work with local charities and recycling programs to responsibly donate or recycle returned products.
Exclusions & Limitations
Trial is Only Valid for U.S. Orders – The 100-night trial is only available for orders shipped within the continental U.S. and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipments.
Not Applicable to Wholesale or Bulk Orders – Resellers, wholesalers, or commercial purchases are not eligiblefor the 100-night trial.
One Return Per Household – Only one mattress return per household, per year is permitted.
Trial Not Available for Exchanges – If you choose to exchange your mattress instead of returning it, the exchange is final, and a new trial will not apply.
Apartments & Gated Communities – Customers living in gated communities or apartments with restricted access must ensure our logistics team can enter. If access is denied, Kempa Home reserves the right to decline the return.
Company Rights & Final Decision – Kempa Home reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time, and all return requests are subject to final approval.
