Remember, it can take the body at least 30 days to adjust to a new mattress.
We give you 100 nights to try your mattress for free. Returns are free and easy anytime after the 30-Night Adjustment Period. See our expert tips for getting there faster.
Mattress

KempaFlex™ (Previously known as NewRest™), Kempa Mattress®, Kempa Plus™, KempaRenew™, Kempa Restore™ Mattress, Kempa RestorePlus™ Mattress, Kempa RestorePremier™ Mattress, Kempa Rejuvenate™ Mattress, Kempa RejuvenatePlus™ Mattress, Kempa RejuvenatePremier™ Mattress, and Kid Mattress®.
You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Kempa® mattress.
Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require sleeping on the mattress for a minimum of 21 days. For tips on how to make your sleep experience better, please contact us or check out our blog!
To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have the mattress law tag attached. Photos of the mattress and the law tag will be required.
We will refund the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and transportation charges once the mattress has been picked up. In no event will the transportation costs deducted from the refund exceed Kempa’s then-standard freight charges. Kempa or one of our authorized partners will arrange a time to remove the mattress for you.
